Michael McClafferty is a Michigan-based commercial real estate broker, appraiser, and entrepreneur specializing in multifamily investment sales and property operations. He is the Founder and Managing Broker of OakPointe Real Estate Advisors and Founder of OakPointe Management Group.
A graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, Michael began his career in global supply chain management before transitioning into real estate through investing in 2017. Since then, he has built experience across brokerage, valuation, underwriting, and property operations, with a focus on multifamily and investment real estate throughout Michigan.
